Governance at the Peace-Led Climate-Friendly Sustainable Development Forum ensures integrity, accountability, and stewardship in how the Forum fulfils its Vision and Mission.
The Forum operates as a convening and framework-stewarding platform, not as a regulator or implementing agency. Its governance architecture clearly distinguishes between decision-making authority, advisory expertise, and institutional collaboration, safeguarding independence and long-term trust.
Leadership
The Founder & Director provides foundational vision, strategic direction, and constitutional stewardship, ensuring coherence across governance, frameworks, partnerships, and activities.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors holds fiduciary and legal responsibility for the Forum. Board members act in the best interests of the Forum as a whole and in accordance with applicable law and the Forum’s constitutional documents.

Patrons & Principal Advisors
Patrons lend their names, standing, and credibility to support and promote the Forum. They also serve as Principal Advisors, offering senior-level guidance and global perspective in support of the Forum’s Vision and Mission.
Governance authority rests solely with the Board.
Patrons do not hold fiduciary, operational, or decision-making authority.

Other Advisors
The Advisory Council comprises technical experts supporting the Forum in a non-executive, non-fiduciary advisory capacity, aligned with one or more of the Forum’s 30 systems.
Other advisors contribute specialised expertise to framework stewardship, systems integration, and learning across contexts. Other advisors contribute their expertise as experts, not as institutional representatives.
All advisory roles are subject to the Forum’s conflict-of-interest and independence policy, where applicable.
Entity Partners & Focal Points
The Forum collaborates with 22 Entity Partners across regions and systems.
Each Entity Partner designates a Focal Point, who acts as a technical Advisor within the Forum. Entity Partners are institutions; Focal Points are individuals. Neither holds governance or fiduciary authority.
Participation does not imply institutional endorsement unless explicitly stated.
